The Chris Griffey Memorial Feline Foundation

Through our work with Ellen Carozza LVT, we have supported the Chris Griffey Memorial Feline Foundation, a non-profit based in Virginia, dedicated to giving every feline a chance at life.

The Foundation specializes in neonatal at-risk kittens – those suffering from sacrocaudal fractures (aka tail pull injuries), atresia ani, mega esophagus, strangulation injuries, generalized failure to thrive and so much more. Historically there was little no hope for these kittens – their medical care costs were too great, medical knowledge about their conditions was limited, and they were most often deemed unadoptable.

There are no odds too great and no kitten too small for the head of the foundation, Ellen Carozza, to take under her wing. All donations go toward the care and medical treatment for these incredibly special kittens.

Because of Ellen’s work with felines, she caught the attention of Snaggle Foot, and we enlisted her help with the development of our feline curriculum for Snaggle Foot Academy.

Ellen’s expertise and compassion shine through everything she does. And we are proud to support her and the work of the Chris Griffey Memorial Feline Foundation.
