2. SUBMIT THE “GET IN TOUCH” FORM

This form is the starting point for your Snaggle Foot journey. When you fill this out, we’ll reply immediately with additional information and next steps. You’ll find the form at the bottom of every page on this website. We looking forward to hearing from you!

3. JOIN US IN MUTUAL EVALUATION

Once we receive your application, you’ll be contacted to begin the evaluation process. The goal of this 6-8 week process is to determine fit. During this journey, you’ll receive the FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document), and we’ll have conversations about the realities of owning and running pet care business. We’ll also discuss the skills and experience you bring to the business, and you’ll have the opportunity to talk with other franchisees to verify the information we’ve provided and learn from their experiences.

Once we mutually agree this is a good fit, together we’ll execute the Franchise Agreement.

4. JOIN SNAGGLE FOOT

You did it! As soon as you execute the Franchise Agreement, our team will jump in and help you prepare and implement the next phase.

Some of these steps will happen simultaneously, but at every step along the way, you’ll have experienced Snaggle Foot personnel guiding you.

5. ONBOARDING

Our onboarding training includes one-on-one time as well as online training. We do not require travel to our headquarters, but sometimes our franchisees find this helpful. We’ll help you with what you need know, and when you need to know it.

6. PLAN MARKET STRATEGY

Using the proprietary territory report we provided during Phase I, and gaining insight into your local market situation, we’ll work with you to plan a local market strategy to ensure your success.

7. ORDER SUPPLIES

When you join Snaggle Foot, you’ll receive a starter kit of materials. We can help you decide if you need additional supplies from our corporate supply store, and advise about what has worked best for other franchisees.

8. HIRE STAFF

It’s important that you have some hands-on-leash experience, especially in the beginning. However, we want to ensure that you are free to manage the business. We’ll work with you to determine the positions you’ll want to fill, and will help you recruit staff. Your staff will also go through our Snaggle Foot Academy classes to ensure they are trained in the Snaggle Foot Way of providing pet care services.

9. PREPARE FOR LAUNCH

Proper preparation will help you launch successfully. So a Launch Plan will be developed together with our marketing team. Your social media will be established, phone number secured, email address assigned, and webpage created, all with your input and participation.

10. LAUNCH

While the launch of your business is a big day – it’s only the beginning! The first few months are critical to establishing your business and creating a presence in your community. We’ll be there every step of the way.
