This online academy will help your staff learn the basics of pet care, and it will help you develop the skills and knowledge you need to successfully run a Snaggle Foot franchise.

You’ll also begin immediate one-on-one sessions with members of our leadership team. We’re here to answer questions, teach you skills where you feel you need it, and help you gain understanding of how to establish and grow the business.

WEBSITE RECRUITMENT
A powerful tool in recruiting, our website allows you to submit job postings and collects applications. We can also help you develop a profile for an ideal candidate, and help you determine the level of staffing you’ll need now, and in the future.
HR SUPPORT
We don’t do the actual hiring or firing – this your business, after all! But we do serve as a resource for information and assistance in finding, keeping, managing and motivating your staff.
This learning center is the key to the Snaggle Foot Way. You will request enrollment for your staff, and they will complete courses online. Once they successfully complete the course and pass the exam, they earn a badge and certificate, signifying their skill and expertise in a particular subject.
Run like a traditional university, we publish new courses every semester.
Snaggle Foot Academy ensures that all staff deliver care in the same, specific way. This relieves you from having to train your staff in pet care basics, so you can focus on the managing the business.
