WHAT MAKES A GREAT SNAGGLE FOOT® FRANCHISEE?
TRAITS OF A GREAT FRANCHISEE
Our most successful franchisees have the following traits and characteristics in common:
A willingness to follow a system.
You don’t need to reinvent the wheel. We have a tried and true system that will put you on the pathway to success.
Leadership skills and entrepreneurial drive.
We’re looking for people who want to be their own boss, who understand the basics of business, who can create and motivate a team environment, who are resourceful and creative, and who desire a manager-run business to facilitate growth.
Engagement in the operations of the business.
This is not a hands-off operation. While you don’t need to be out in the field everyday, you do need to have first-hand knowledge of what goes into providing outrageously professional pet care, and be engaged in business development, your community, and with your staff.
A growth mindset.
Multi-location franchisees are the most likely to be successful. Building a franchise business that spans a larger area spreads risk, mitigates competition, and increases brand awareness and preference.
People- and pet-centric.
The best franchisees know that doing good for their staff, their pet parents, and their pet clients, is good for business. They care about their staff and customers and show it in big and small ways. They make Snaggle Foot a force for good in their community.
WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BECOME A SNAGGLE FOOT® FRANCHISEE?
If you see yourself in the traits listed above, we want to talk with you! There are also some financial, personal and geographic requirements for our franchisees, as follows:
(financial requirements vary depending on the needs for each market)
$250,000 to $500,000
$50,000 to $100,000
New franchisees must have their primary residence in the open territory where they intend to develop their Snaggle Foot® business.
Everyone brings different experiences and strengths to their franchise. But our franchisees have one thing in common: a passion for outrageously professional pet care and a commitment to succeed.
